Includes non-alcoholic beverage station, set-up & breakdown + 1 additional hour (this hour includes guest invitation time, with your ceremony to begin 20-30 minutes after this)

We offer a complimentary tasting for our couples where you’ll get to try a selection of passed canapes, first course options, entrees & dessert options!
This is a group tasting so other couples will be in attendance with you.

Booking & Payment

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 20% is required upon signing of the contract to hold the date.
50% of the remaining balance will be due half-way to the date of the wedding
The remaining balance will be due 10 days prior with the final GUARANTEED head count
We accept cash, check & credit cards for payment (there is a 2.99% fee to use a credit card)

Drift requires a minimum guarantee of 150 guests for Saturdays
125 guest minimum for Fridays & Sundays

All final prices are subject to a 22% service fee & applicable 6.625% NJ state tax
**The service fee will include all wait-staff, bartenders, and back waiters.

Cancelation Policy

The deposit is NON-refundable upon booking
If cancelled 90 days prior to the start of your event, you will only forfeit your deposit
Cancellation after 90 days prior to the event, will forfeit 50% of the balance already paid to the event

All children under the age of 12 will be charged at $50.00 per child
All children under the age of 3 are free
Any vendor meals will also be charged at $50.00 per vendor
